Escalon Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Mixers are a great opportunity to introduce the membership to your business so that they may become acquainted with your services. The Chamber will publicize the event, bring the ribbon, take pictures to be displayed here on our website, and more. General Information

• Ribbon Cutting Mixers are usually held on Thursdays, however not during the week of a regularly schedule monthly Escalon Chamber Mixer.
• Ribbon Cutting Mixers can run from 5-6:45pm, or can be scheduled in the mornings if it will bring better attendance.
• There is no charge for members to attend.
• Call the Chamber office at 838-2793 to confirm availability of Chamber staff.
• Average attendance ranges from 20-60 people.

• Coffee Hours are scheduled from 8:00 - 9:00
• Have a container for business Cards (optional)
• Serve Coffee/Tea/Juice
• Serve Donuts, Fruit, rolls, etc.
• The Sponsor has the opportunity to talk about their business.
• What and how much is served by the sponsor is up to the sponsor.  A drawing may be held from the collected business cards.  The sponsor keeps the business cards.

• When schedueling, you will be given a paper listing the Chamber's responsibilities as well as yours.
