Escalon’s Chamber of Commerce works collectively to serve the needs of our members and the community by uniting businesses in a committed effort of support.

Helps Out -

Earlier this year one of our members was diagnosed with one of the blood cancers.  At that time we were introduced to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Light the Night.  We voted to create a team, raise money for the cause and walk the walk.  We encourage you to read below and help our team with either a donation or join us in the walk or both.

     Light The Night Walk is the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling blood cancer.  People form teams of friends and family or co-workers.  They raise funds for cancer research and bring help and hope to people battling cancer.

    On Walk night, they gather in cities and towns across North America.  Walking in twilight, they hold illuminated balloons - white for survivors and red for supporters.  More than a walk, the evening is a supportive community gathering that includes music, food and family activities.

     On Saturday, September 20, the 3rd annual Light The Night Walk will commence at the University of the Pacific, in Stockton.  We hope to see you there with us raising awareness and funds to fight against Leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma.
